We are announcing recruitment for the Researchers' networking program, an initiative that opens up new opportunities for academic staff of the University of Wrocław and partner universities from the Arqus Alliance. The program aims to support the mobility of researchers, enabling them to develop research and teaching cooperation. We encourage you to read the detailed information on recruitment and submitting applications.
Goal: Intensifying the research and teaching activities of the University of Wrocław (UWr) within the Arqus Alliance through the mobility of academic staff.
Participants:
Departures from UWr: Academic staff of UWr can apply for funding for travel to partner universities in the Arqus Alliance (Granada, Graz, Leipzig, Lyon 1, Maynooth, Minho, Padua, Vilnius).
Arrivals at UWr: Academic staff from Arqus Alliance universities can come to UWr. Funding for their stay is applied for by the UWr employee.
Implementation period: 01.04.2025 - 30.06.2026
Duration of mobility: 5-14 calendar days.
Funding:
Outgoing applicants from UWr: Travel costs (up to PLN 2,000) and per diem and accommodation according to ministerial rates.
Incoming applicants to UWr: Travel costs (up to PLN 2,000) and PLN 700/day for accommodation and subsistence.
Required documents:
Outgoing applicants from UWr:
- Program of stay (purpose, description of activities, results).
- Consent of the superior.
- Acceptance of the host institution (name of the cooperating person, signature of the head of the unit, letterhead).
Incoming applicants to UWr:
- Contact details of the guest.
- Date of stay.
- Description of activities, purpose and results of the visit.
- Notification of arrival from the international cooperation office of the guest's home university.
Application deadline: Continuous recruitment, until funds are exhausted. The order of applications is decisive.
Settlement of mobility: Within 14 days of the end of mobility, you must submit a certificate of completion of mobility, complete an online evaluation questionnaire and (in the case of trips from UWr) settle the delegation.
Additional information: Detailed rules for granting funding are regulated by the agreement concluded between the Task participant and UWr. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
