ERASMUS - general information about the programme at the University of Wroclaw
The University of Wroclaw has been participating in the Erasmus programme since it came to Poland in 1998. Since then, thousands of students and staff members of partner universities have taken part in Erasmus exchanges with our university.
The University of Wroclaw has been awarded the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education 2021-2027; therefore we will continue cooperation under the new Erasmus programme in the following academic years. We are open to new partnerships with universities holding the Erasmus Charter, as well as with other partner universities eligible for the Erasmus programme, but located outside the programme countries.

ERASMUS FOR INCOMING STUDENTS
The University of Wrocław has signed over 580 Erasmus + bilateral agreements with universities from all EU countries and also Norway, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Turkey, North Macedonia and Serbia. This cooperation includes students and staff exchange. Every year the number of participants increases.
Students from the programme countries may spend one or two semesters at the University of Wrocław after being officially nominated by their home Erasmus coordinators. After being nominated for Erasmus exchange programme at the University of Wrocław, students will get an e-mail with the login data to their new online account. Then they will be asked to fill out an on-line Erasmus Application Form and the Learning Agreement and upload them before the 15th of June for the winter semester and the 31st of October for the summer semester.
Please do not register on our website yourself. At first you must be nominated by your home Erasmus coordinator and only after that you'll can receive access to create your individual account to follow the next application steps.

After your University nominates you in our on-line nomination system you will get access to a personal online account.
After you log in please fill out all the necessary data. During this process, you will be asked to upload your picture.
Please remember that both forms: Application and Learning Agreement must be printed out, signed by you and Erasmus Coordinators of Home University and upload to your account together with the copy of your passport (or another identity document with the photograph) and English knowledge confirmation (it should be FCE or any equivalent of this exam or other confirmation from Erasmus Coordinator, required level B2) till:
