The Trilateral Scholarship Program is an international educational initiative aimed at promoting cooperation between the Czech Republic (TUL), Germany (Saxony), Poland (Lower Silesia), and global partners from Africa, Asia, and Latin America. The program is coordinated by the Liberec Region (KULK) and the Technical University of Liberec (TUL). Its goal is to explore global opportunities, identify collaboration potential in the field of innovation, and strengthen professional exchange in the trilateral border region.

- November 2025 – Candidate selection
- Start of the semester – February 9th 2026
- April 2026 – Application period for the winter semester
