CEEPUS III Agreement

The UWr students holding a citizenship of one of CEEPUS member states may take part in the programme and study abroad for a time in another member state.

CEEPUS member states: Austria, Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia and Hungary.

The students apply directly at cepus.info website, filling in an on-line form.  

You can apply for a grant of a partner institution within the academic network whose partner is the UWr or outside it – as a freemover (network browser).

The students qualified for a placement should also fill in a  mobility form  and submit it along with a copy of the Learning Agreement concluded with the International Office.

To complete the placement and receive a refund of the travel costs (up to the limit of the costs of travelling by the cheapest mean of transportation) you should present:

  • Learning Agreement as signed by both institutions,
  • Transcript of Records issued by the host university,
  • CEEPUS Letter of Confirmation,
  • Student Report,
  • tickets or a mileage log book* (along with an estimation of the costs of travel on a given route from a travel agency or the Polish State Railways).   

*In order to receive a refund of the costs of travelling by car you need to get permission of the Polish CEEPUS Bureau before you depart  (more information in the International Office, room 36). 

ATTENTION! TRAVEL COSTS CAN BE SETTLED ONLY WITHIN TWO WEEKS FROM THE COMPLETION OF YOUR MOBILITY
