Mentoring Program- a good choice.
Mentoring program focuses on students' development in career planning. Mentoring is a "mentee-driven" process, whereby students consider their goals and professional plans , and discuss with their mentor about best ways of achieving these goals.
The mentor's role is to facilitate their professional and personal development, by: sharing experience, giving advice and feedback, recommend actions and sometimes motivate to make a change.
In X edition we have 15 Mentors ready and open to work with foreign students in English!
