"EU4Belarus – Support to Advanced Learning and Training (SALT III)" is a European Union program for Belarusian students studying at universities in Lithuania, Latvia, the Czech Republic, and Poland. The scholarship program is part of the European Union's aid package "EU4Belarus: Solidarity with the people of Belarus," adopted in response to the political crisis following the presidential elections in Belarus.
The goal of the EU4Belarus SALT III Program is to enable young people from Belarus to pursue education at Polish universities by offering scholarships for their studies. The program funds scholarships for students during their given study cycle. Program scholarship holders are exempt from tuition fees for full-time studies at public universities in Poland, supervised by the minister responsible for higher education and science, based on a decision by the NAWA Director. The financial resources granted to scholarship holders come from European Union funds within the EU4Belarus SALT III Program.
