The Excellence Center for Innovation, Transfer and Entrepreneurship at the Dresden University of Technology (TUD|excite) just started the call for application for our
2nd International TUD|excite Summer School „Patents in Search of New Business“.
In 2024 we welcomed one fourth of our participants from Poland, Slovenia and the Czech Republic. To continue this partnership we would be very pleased if you communicate this event within your university.
Here are the key facts:
- open for master (shortly before graduation) doctorial and postdoctoral researchers
- opportunity to develop innovative product ideas and business models in interdisciplinary, international teams
- pool of patents as basis available or own inventions/patents
- focus on areas of medicine, construction and environment, engineering, mathematics and natural sciences
- business administration students are encouraged to apply
- costs (except for travel) are covered
- time/venue: 25.-29.08.2025 in Hoyerswerda, Lusatia
Be part of the Zuse Innovators Program (Z-IP), where international and interdicsiplinary teams meet in the transformation region Lusatia to learn new methods of idea generation and business model development based on patented inventions to build their own career prospects.
