Welcome Point provides help not only regarding various necessary formal arrangements but also supplies you with general knowledge about the city and living here, either for short or long periods of time.
What we do at the Welcome Point:
- Orientation Days at the beginning of the semester for students – you can have your questions answered as well as receive a little welcome gift.
- Help with legalisation of your stay – we can provide some of the documents and help with the whole process.
- Give information about our University – e.g. campus facilities, student services.
- Provide general knowledge about the city – public transport, doctors, bank accounts, etc.
- Help at the beginning of your stay in general – if you don’t know where to start, Welcome Point is a good place to do that.
We are a part of International Office and are located at ul. Kuźnicza 35 in room no. 5 (ground floor). We are open for visitors on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 9:00 and 14:00.
