3. Fill in the Registration Form on-line
Preparing scanned copies of all original documents required. Don’t forget about confirmation of registration fee payment. Only having this confirmation we can start assessment procedure.
Complete our Registration Form.
4. Assessment of the application
After receiving your application with all needed documents, we will assess it.
If your application is successful, you will find on your account the Letter of Offer and Acceptance of Offer.
5. Offer acceptance
If you accept our offer and agree to follow the rules established by University, please sign the Acceptance of Offer and send it back with the confirmation of tuition fee payment for the first year of your study.
6. Confirmation of Enrolment
After receiving Acceptance of Offer and the confirmation of tuition fee payment you will find on your account the Final Acceptance Letter and the support letter to the Polish Embassy. With these documents you can apply for the visa and finalize some other formalities before your arrival to Poland.

UWr can arrange a pick up for you from the Wroclaw Airport or Wroclaw Railway Station. Please remember to let us know at least one week earlier about the date and details of your arrival. It’ll allow us to do some necessary arrangements.
