Recruitment Process

You can apply for an Erasmus scholarship placement if you meet the following requirements:

  • you are a student of the University of Wrocław,
  • your faculty has concluded Erasmus student exchange agreements with foreign universities within the EU,
  • you have successfully completed the first year of your studies,
  • you know the language of your target country (in the Scandinavian countries, Belgium and the Netherlands, English is sufficient) 
  • you are progressing well with your studies (the required average grade is determined individually by institutes/faculties)
  • declaration about mobility capital

In order to receive the scholarship, you have to successfully undergo the recruitment process Incoming
conducted by the Erasmus Coordinator in your faculty or institute.

Erasmus Coordinators

Allocation of Erasmus places takes place once a year from January to March, when students for winter and summer semester of the following academic year are recruited.

The basic criteria are:

  • average grade
  • level of candidate's motivation
  • command of foreign language in which classes abroad will be conducted

Recruitment for scholarships in 2018/2019 academic year


Foreign language placement interviews (English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian) will take place in the Foreign Language Centre (Studium Praktycznej Nauki Języków Obcych/SPNJO), pl. Nankiera 2/3 on:  

  •  01.12.2017/Friday/after 4 pm
  •  19.01.2018 /Friday/after 4 pm

Registration for interviews takes place in SPNJO!  


Recruitment of candidates on the faculty level - until March 2nd 2018.
